This is the first phase, It is Understanding the property, its history, the occupants and the questions or concerns behind the consultation. it ca be done in person or by online meetings and shared required data according to the occupant decision, or if the the work is outside UAE.
Site & building analysis
Assessment of the external environment, landforms, roads and surrounding buildings, together with the building's orientation, entrances, internal organization and spatial relationships. For international projects, remote site analysis can be carried out using satellite mapping, digital compass and orientation tools, allowing us to work with projects beyond the UAE.

Analysis using Classical Feng Shui systems correlating the building, time, orientation and the occupants.
Your report
A tailored report bringing the analysis together through plans, diagrams and written recommendations. Depending on the project, this may address spatial use, entrances, positioning, circulation, key rooms, forms, materials, colors and other relevant design considerations.** Feng shui report outline will be in the feng shui page in this website**report can be given in English or Arabic language.

Refinement of plans, materials, landscape, interiors, lighting and key details into a coordinated design.
Final design package
Preparation of the agreed drawings, visualizations, specifications and design information according to the scope of the commission.
